Fabrication Services

Ø Welding :
We offer a full range of welding capabilities due to our experiences welders who are great at MIG, TIG, soldering, brazing, and all the different methods of fusing two pieces of material together. |
Ø Assembly :
Unless it is a single replacement piece being shipped out, we like to do as much assembly in-house as possible., prior to shipping, or taking to a facility for install. |
Ø Bending :
From sheet metal, plate, rod, metal or plastic, if your part needs a bent angle, or rolled radius, we will get the job done! |
Ø Paint and Finishing :
We understand that sometimes how it looks, is as important as how it functions. We can achieve everything from a simple spray paint application to specialty finishes, black oxide, SS passivation, and more. |
Ø Shears :
We make cutting sheets of metal easier than cutting paper with scissors. |
Ø Band Saws :
We have band saws in both our raw materials department and fabrication department, which is great for quick bulk material removal. |
Ø Semi-Automatic Horizontal Saw :
This is our work horse for sawing through material. It glides though materials as high as 10" OD or 10" x 10.75". |
Ø Sanders :
We have many sanding options ranging from sheets of sand paper and belt sanders to pneumatic controlled palm sanders and angled sanders. |
Ø Bead Blast :
This unit is self contained, so you receive your part with the desired bead blast finish, and we don't have to clean up afterwards, it's the little things that keep the costs down! |

Ø Heat Treating :
We can heat parts as big as 12" x 8" x 24" up to 2,200 DEG F, and parts as big as 16" x 16" x 17" up to 1,200 DEG F. |
On-Site Services
This is a specialty service offered by SEM where we take our people and equipment and preform maintenance or shut-down services at YOUR facilities. That's right, we will bring the best of SEM to your doorstep and fix that broken shaft, weld that frame member, or even rebuild that stubborn machine!
