MILLS

Mills are great for removing material from a piece of stock that will become your final piece. Holes, slots, bulk material removal, and more, this is the typical route of machining, so unless your machined piece needs to be machined about an axis, this is the way to go.

Not every thing starts as raw material. We have a lot of experience with machining on laser cut-outs, castings, moldings, water jets, and other 'Almost-complete' parts.

Blanket Orders

This is a specialized service we offer, where we are able to lower the price of manufacturing your part by the way we distribute the workload over a factor of time. In English, we split up the costs of the initial production of the part (Engineering, Making fixtures, custom tooling, and programming) and factor it into the price of your repeated business.
For example, if you have a bushing in your machine that constantly wears down every couple months, and will be ordering it on a regular basis, we may go down a route where we reduce the price to produce the initial part for an agreement that you will be purchasing them with a specific quantity over a specific amount of time (i.e. 15 Bushings every 4 months). test
