Heat Treating
Maximum dimensions for 2,200 DEG F: 12" x 8" x 24" Maximum Dimensions for 1,200 Deg F: 16" x 16" x 17" Flame, oil, and case hardening. |
Passivation
We can provide both nitric and citric passivation for stainless steel parts; Citric passivation is completed with our own in-house tanks to expedite our delivery |

Blanket Orders
This is a specialized service we offer, where we are able to lower the price of manufacturing your part by the way we distribute the workload over a factor of time. In English, we split up the costs of the initial production of the part (Engineering, Making fixtures, custom tooling, and programming) and factor it into the price of your repeated business.
For example, if you have a bushing in your machine that constantly wears down every couple months, and will be ordering it on a regular basis, we may go down a route where we reduce the price to produce the initial part for an agreement that you will be purchasing them with a specific quantity over a specific amount of time (i.e. 15 Bushings every 4 months). test
